I am UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) Registered. I abide by BCPC and the UKCP Code of Practice. I receive ongoing professional supervision for my work. I undertake ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
My training offered a broad theoretical input from both Humanistic and Psychoanalytic schools. I mainly integrate Intersubjective Systems Theory (a form of relational psychotherapy), Dialogical Gestalt, Person-Centred values, and Body Psychotherapy in my work see My Approach for more info
I have been working in private practice since 2004. I have worked as a counsellor within a University setting. I have a long history of working with a range of people in various social care organisations; working in different roles in both statutory and voluntary sectors.
